NextGen Network’s commitment to strengthening the African-American corporate leadership pipeline includes outreach to the next generation of business professionals in primary and secondary schools, in college, and young professionals in the first stage of their careers. For those companies and individuals who would like to have a direct impact on the lives of African Americans preparing to compete for business leadership positions in the global marketplace, supporting these endeavors is vital.
